Fantastic Install of our new heater and AC units (spring of 2024). Jeff was instrumental in getting us the best equipment for the best price. One year later and we are very pleased with the responsiveness for any and all of our concerns. The team lead by Mark (Mike, Matt B and Mike S) were very professional. I will always recommend Jacobson to anyone needing heating and cooling in the GR's area..
June 7 2021. bad all around. have been a customer for over 30 years. called today after ac outdoor unit would not run. they installed carrier ac in 2016. new furnace installed april 2021 by another contractor. Jacobson told me to call the contractor that installed the furnace. they will not even service what they sell and install regardless if where the problem with ac resides.. over them and will never call them or recommend again
Yesterday 1/08/2020 Michael came to the house to do a furnace check. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to talk to. After he was done he explained every thing to me. He also changed my furnace filter. Thank You
This morning, Randy from Jacobson Heating and Cooling, arrived on time and was professional and kind. He was efficient and went above and beyond by hosing down our AC unit. I have never had a technician do that before. That has always fallen on me to do, so I really appreciated his service. Thanks Randy for ensuring our system is good to go. Sincerely, Amy H.
Michael did routine maintenance check on our air conditioning unit in May 2019. Very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Jacobson put in a new furnace and air conditioner in our previous home and was very happy with the installation.
