June 7 2021. bad all around. have been a customer for over 30 years. called today after ac outdoor unit would not run. they installed carrier ac in 2016. new furnace installed april 2021 by another contractor. Jacobson told me to call the contractor that installed the furnace. they will not even service what they sell and install regardless if where the problem with ac resides.. over them and will never call them or recommend again

During the hottest week of August, our air conditioner went out. Alex, David and MIchael came within three days to sell and install a new one. It works perfectly. We have worked with Jacobson Heating for decades, and we are always so pleased with the staff's knowledge and dependability.
Mark and Ross did a great job of installing our new air conditioner and furnace. And Alex showed us how to program our 3 zones. Great job guys.

Jacobson really helped me out today. our AC went out yesterday and it has been super hot. they came out first thing this morning and fixed it. They are very nice and professional with fair prices.
