RecommendedDr. Link was very professional and took the time to do a thorough eye exam. He listened to me and now I may finally have a resolution to my eye watering that has bothered me for years. The staff was polite and very knowledgeable in helping me choose well fitting frames. My glasses came in a week early and I am so happy! I can see perfectly at all distances and the frames are so comfortable and light I forget I’m wearing them. I highly recommend this practice!
My elderly Dad and I had our 1st visit with Dr Link at his new location in Lititz. We were very impressed with the new location facility. All the staff were polite, professional, and patient with my 94 yr old Dad. Dr Link was, as always, very thorough and kind. It was a very pleasant experience. Although the drive is further, Dr. Link's care and diagnostics are well worth the drive.
AMAZING customer service. My husband lost a contact on vacation and they accepted a faxed prescription for a full new set of (not very common) contacts. They also provided it to him free of charge. The employee (Crystal) was the sweetest also! Thank you all so much!!!

The best eye exam I have ever had, and I have had many! Dr. Link was thorough and took the time to explain what he was seeing in my eye. The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful. This group is now my new go to optometrist office.
