Rude all I can say. I was a former employee stopping in to say hi and it was very rude just like they always are but that's why I don't work there anymore. They do have talented designers wish the owners had better manners.
Purchased a spring bulb basket before Easter. Today is in full bloom and beautiful!!! The customer service by Judy is the best...I always feel like I am her most favorite person!!! A photo of flowers on my FB page.
Their customer service is awful. We were told when we ordered a funeral bouquet that the morning of the funeral someone from the shop would go to the funeral home to make sure all the flowers still looked good. The morning of the funeral the hydrangea's were wilted and flopping over and looked horrible. I was so embarrassed!. Then they wouldn't even take responsibility for their neglect and did not offer any reduction on the bill. The woman I spoke with actually hung up the phone on me!!
