Dr Jacobs and the entire staffs are the best dentist i have ever visited both in Mount Vernon and majority of the dental offices i have been to. Am very careful and picky with dentist when it comes to my kids and I. Mind you there are the only dentist my kids love going to. The staffs especially the Receptionist at the from desk is the best. Please stay away if you know what is best for you. Having spoken to a few of his clients while waiting for the office to open I have reason to believe that there is some sort of extraction scheme going on. If you're looking for cavity filling please stay away from Dr. Jacob (if you must keep this office as your primary dentist due to cost) you're better off going to his other Dentists because at least they're forthright and I've never had any issues prior to him. This is by far the worst Dentist office I’ve been . To I am solely rated this on the staff as a whole . The receptionist are rude and unprofessional. This office is never open when I call and they never call you back or even do appointment reminders. I came to get a list of doctors for oral surgery at 1240pm on Friday June 21st and the office is closed . No side on door for the reason why. Apparently lunch is at 1-2pm so why are you closed 20mins before ? . The dentist are ok but I can’t get passed the fact that the office i... read more
