Our septic clogged on Mother's Day. Jacob's was not able to come out that day, but came out first thing Monday morning, as promised. They got the clog fixed, pumped the tanks, and we are good to go. Thanks Jacob's! They will now be our septic pumping company! I would recommend them to anybody!
Jacob's Septic has been handling our septic cleaning for many years. They deserve 10 stars!!! They are always there and willing to help their customers 24/7, in any weather condition. They were respectful of our property as well as being considerate with Covid protocols and wearing a mask while working and talking to us during the process. They are experts and professional, and all around nice guys!
They provided courteous, fast service...very friendly, very knowledgable. We would definitely recommend this company for septic needs!
I had a clogged drain with mad water in my basement. I called Jacob's and they came out right away and worked so hard until the problem was found and fixed.
