They bait and switched me. We agreed on a price ( have it in writing) made me submit credit pulled my credit and then called and said they can’t do the price. They’re unprofessional and no very process oriented. Charged me for my tag in loan then reached out saying I have to pay a balance which is less that what they charged on the loan. Said they shipped my plate but it only says label created they never shipped it. I don’t know where these good reviews are coming from because this dealership is horrible

I want to share with the public that if you are in need of a vehicle please go to jacob’s pre-owned cars. They have an amazing staff who I’dlike to Thank Richard And Jonathan for their services. They got me into a car where no one else wanted to at a reasonable price. They were very good to me. They filled my gas tank and are doing an oil change for They also helped me with getting my license plate. They are very good to go and see.
