Faulty work. Then they charge to repair their leaks. Send a crew of 5 for job requires 1. Texted owner, ignored. Threatened me and reported me to all credit agencies. Poor work and they will not honor their work and charge for their sloppy work.
RecommendedI called this morning after a recommendation from several friends... We had “brown hot water” and they we totally booked for today and tomorrow!! So instead of making me wait 2 days, they gave an idea of what I may do to clear it!! AND it worked!!! I will just say this.... honesty and a willingness to help someone in need goes a VERY LONG way in my book!!! I have used Jacob's Plumbing in the past on various plumbing jobs and was impressed with their work ethics so I had them do a water heater install . James & Nick did a professional , neat and clean job in a reasonable amount of time . I highly recommend Jacob's Plumbing ! Good job for a good price done by good folks !
Thanks to Mr. Jacobs for fixing my plumbing problems that I didn't know I even had! He showed me some things in my crawl space that needed to be repaired and was very honest and fair about the surprise. Highly recommend this company.
