I recently contacted Jacob Mitsubishi regarding a missing Lugnut lock key. I discovered the key was missing when I took my car for a tire rotation at the store where I purchased the tires. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Corvette 60th anniversary 427 Collectors car back in October 2021 as a clean titled low milage 2 owner car, Today I listed this car on Ebay Motors, to my surprise, Ebays auto check came back informing me that the car title was branded Salvage, Junk or Lemon. I highly reccomend Jacobs Mitsubishi and salesman Eduardo, Eduardo went over and above to insure the transaction went smoothly as i am in Indiana. I highly reccomend that potential customers see Eduardo. He is highly knowledgable, outstanding communication. I purchased my vehicle online and had it shipped to Indiana. I just cannot say enough good things about Eduardo and the team at Jacobs Mitsubishi. No question about it, i will buy my next car from them.

Well first off the I wish I had read the reviews before embarking on this journey. Please think twice before dealing with this place. The salesman was very kind and tried to help. His manager “Bo” literally will tell you anything but won’t tell you the truth. From day one it was yeah I got you approved with 4k down and my trade. Then we talked about adding my motorcycle to the trade and I was told the bank would only do the deal if I traded both my bike and car in.
