Best in town! Have been going to see Dr. Jacobs since i was a kid.
I've had a great experience with Dr. Jacobs (garnering the two stars), but the billing practices are so unprofessional that i feel compelled to warn others and seek dental care elsewhere. In the midst of the pandemic i did not go in for a regular cleaning and upon returning was handed a bill for services received years prior. No one called or notified me of the outstanding balance when i made an appointment and it was outside the window of time i could submit to my insurance for reimbursement. Thank you to all the friendly staff, Dr. Jacobs & Dr. Igasaki! I highly recommend this dental practice!! Dr. Jacob’s is an amazing dentist with an awesome personality. He made sure to explain everything with detail and answered all my questions. I’ve had previous dental work and I can definitely say I feel at ease knowing I can trust Dr. Jacobs with my teeth. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean.
I absolutely love Dr. Jacobs and the whole crew! I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Jacobs puts me completely at ease. He talks to you each step of the way to let you know his progress and always makes sure you're doing okay. I am so comfortable in his office now, that I could literally sleep through dental work. The entire staff is super friendly and makes the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend!
