Dave and his team are great! I have used him several times and everytime he exceeds my expectations .I am a first time home owner and had the original ac go out. Dave was able to diagnose and explain those issues layman's terms. He went through pros and cons of repair vs replacement since my original was already 14 years old. Fast forward a couple years, the prior owners incorrectly installed a mini split unit that wasn't secured properly and was leaking into the wall. Jacob’s heating and cooling was a pleasure to work with. Their quote was fair, they communicated well, and they did a fabulous job! We have used them for service and repair for years but this time we added a 2nd unit for our upstairs. Another important item to mention was that they were very respectful of our property and cleaned up everywhere. We highly recommend David and his team.
Dave answered my call and within 2 hrs was at my house to check out my AC unit. I knew it was30 yrs old and should just be replaced. He gave me a very reasonable quote and came the next day to install. We had some ductwork underneath that was disconnected and he foxed that up at no charge. Dave is a very friendly, straight forward, honest guy. It was a pleasure doing business with him and would 100% work with him again.
Huge shout out to owner David who personally took time out of his very busy schedule to fix my AC system which was not working since August 2024. In less than one week, from my initial call, my system is up and running!! Reliable and effective communication through it all! He definitely masters his trade!! We've been using Dave and his team to keep up with our aging AC unit for years. They've always been quick to respond, they always thoroughly explain any issue and clearly outline repair options. I always appreciate the honesty they share. When it came time to finally replace the unit, they were the only choice we thought of.
