Last Friday my truck was broken into and most of my addiction dvd's and books were stolen. I went to Jacob's auto glass in Spokane today to get the window replaced that was smashed out and was so happy with the service I got. I was in and out in about half an hour and the cost was way less than half of what I thought I would have to spend. I highly recommend Jacob's auto glass, good people who do good work.
I was so stressed about our van and the safety of driving it. So we were SUPER happy with the quality of work and help received at this shop last couple days!! I was having terrible fogging of my windows and no one could figure out what was going on. After they put in a new windshield, which we needed, they figured out our sunroof was draining a ton of water into the car and causing the condensation and fog. The price i was quoted to get me there is not what they charged me. Im well aware of the definition of Privacy Tint, and they tried to tell me that factory UV is the "privacy tint" id requested a quote on. I told everyone i know- most of whom are car people!- to watch out..

I won't go anywhere else! Jacbos Auto Glass is quick, cheap, and back up thier work. I had my windows tinted over a year ago, fantastic job! Today I brought my car in to replace the windshield and they had it done within 45 minutes and retinted one of my windows that had peeled, for free! Highly recommended.
Outstanding service! Quick, efficient, and very kind. They even transferred my oil change sticker to the new windshield. Very comfortable waiting area as well.
Was sent to Jacobs for repair of my custom sunroof on my Kenworth semi. Although he ultimately was unable to do the work, his diligence in trying to locate a replacement for it was greatly appreciated. I found him and his employees to be extremely professional and polite. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company for your glass needs
