I had to have my passanger rear glass replaced, Jacobs was half the price everywhere else quoted me & they did a excellent job in less than a hour. Very kind people who work here. HIGHLY recommend
We’ve taken 2 of our cars here with in the last 2 weeks and we are more then happy with the work they did. They were very nice, timely and the lobby area is COMFORTABLE. The guy even got the insurance company on the phone for me! They also have a life time warranty policy on top of your insurance policy! Big 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Jacob’s Auto Glass was amazing! They were able to fit me in to the schedule quickly and on fairly short notice which was awesome. The staff was friendly and professional. I had to take my toddler with me to get our windshield replaced and was pleasantly surprised when we saw the large play area! He also loved the huge fish tank. Over all this momma was grateful for amazing service and I will be recommending Jacob’s Auto Glass to anyone I can!
They quoted me for half the price of safelite and had my windshield replaced within 40 minutes of dropping my car off. highly recommend
hands down best experience in glass ive experienced!! best prices we found by far across cda, post falls, and spokane! had an awesome waiting room for the kids with a fish tank, books, toys and a tv! these guys were fast and have an awesome shop!
There website says they stay open until 5pm. I called at 3:30 saying I wanted to go in to get a rock chip repaired. Person over the phone said “can’t today we want to get off early”. When I told him they close at 5pm he said “I know”. After I asked for a manger he said there wasn’t one to talk to. What kind of a company doesn’t want money? I ended up calling another place that closed at 5pm also and they got me right in. I do not recommend this company at all.
Great pricing along with excellent, clean service
I had my windshield replaced today in 45 minutes on my Dodge pick-up. What a nice job. totally happy with their service and price. Big five stars from me. Would recommend them to anybody needing glass work.
