Kind staff but the owner is incredible RUDE😒. She is not educated and has bad behavior.
My 16 year old had therapy today we were very disappointed that his therapist had left waited more than 30 minutes to have someone come and let us know he was no longer working there another 20 minutes in the therapy room before someone came and handed my son some weights and said “do your exercises” when i complained to the owner she very rudely said to leave
after going for a couple sessions I was left on my own to know what exercise to do next at times I had to wait to do the exercise because someone else was using the equipment no guidance what so ever to help my injury get better
