Urgent matter: I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobi for over a decade. I have always been satisfied with his bedside manner and attention to my endocrine needs. However, I have recently moved to another state and can't get a hold of his office to get my records. The phone is always off the hook. Not sure how they can run a medical office when their phone does not work. I would appreciate if someone from his office would reach out to me regarding this matter.
Loved my experience with Dr. Jacobi. Although the office is a bit outdated, his treatment was wonderful and his follow up was amazing. I loved him so much that although he did not take insurance, I still went to see him because I loved how he treated me.
