Awful chiropractor with even worse patient interaction. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Repeatedly neglected to call me back after I was told for three days he would. I have been in the worst pain of my life this week. Christopher Jacobi was giving me the run around regarding a few days off work, when every other doctor has signed my ADA paperwork without issue. RecommendedI went to Dr. Jacobi for the shoulder and neck pain. With just one visit both my shoulder and neck got so much better and even I had this nagging headache due to my neck pain that it disappeared after he adjusted my neck. He gave me some exercises to do at home that they were super helpful. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything so well in a simple non technical terms. Highly recommend him.
Dr Jacobi and massage therapist Amber Solis have been God sends!! I spent almost 2 years with regular docs and PT trying to figure out why I was having pain and breathing issues on the right side of my chest and back! Dr Jacobi and Amber had me almost 100% better within a month!! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you both so much!!
