I will never work with Clayton again.He doesn't care how long you have to wait for your carpet installation.He just wants to make a few bucks. He thinks it's okay for you to wait 5-6 weeks for installation when you've spent over 10,000.00 on carpet. I like Jacobi's carpet but not working with Clayton. He does a terrible job. Mike Rodgers
Malachi and Issac did an amazing job and kept everything on schedule. I highly recommend them. The work looked great when it was finished. Whatever jacobi is paying them, it needs to be doubled.

The selection of carpet is wonderful, however after choosing, prepaying and waiting for install the customer service fell apart! We were told on 2 separate occasions that they come out after install to insure quality and satisfaction and that did not happen until I wrote a letter to the owner saying I was not paying the remaining balance until they came and fixed some arrears of concern.
