We were so lucky to be connected with Jake through family, we started with an offer on one house that fell through after inspection then ended up going with a different home quickly there after. I was in a tough position when it came to getting my house sold. Jake did an incredible job when it came to getting this done in the small window I had. Even getting more for it than I thought was possible given the situation. Any other realtor would have washed their hands clean of this but not Jake. He went above and beyond what any other realtor would be willing to do for me. You absolutley shouldn't look anywhere else for a realtor. You can rest easy knowing he's doing everything he can for you.
