My cousin recommended this restaurant. OMG the food was excellent, the really serve a variety of American and Caribbean dishes. The ox tails with yellow rice was my favorite.

The food is delicious with a large variety to chose from. Also the live music was an added treat!
Food is delicious They have different locations. I go to the one on 128th street and Lenox ave. The candied yams and the oxtails are delicious. The collard greens are fresh.
I eat at Jacob's at least once a month and I love it. For the people complaining that their food is bland, not everyone wants salty and over seasoned food; you have the option to add salt. Their food is excellent, I love the smothered pork chops, beef ribs, oxtail, rice and peas, okra, collards, mac and cheese, etc, etc. The price is by the pound, you get enough food for about 15 bucks.
