Very professional. My husband is now pain free! Had a hip replacement revision. Highly recommend!
Dr Heydemann was very professional, explained all my options including surgery, he took time to answer all my questions.
RecommendedDr. Heydemann and his staff have taken good care of me throughout the entire process of my knee issues.
After reading the reviews I was so worried about our first appt today. We did wait about 2.5 hours before seeing the doctor but I was prepared for that. Also, the staff was very polite and efficient. Dr. Heydemann answered my questions and I did not feel like he rushed us in and out. At check out, his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all the appts we needed taken care of. Zero complaints!

Today I have had the worst experience ever in dealing with a doctors office. I have waited for 2 hours for the office staff to call my sons name. I approached the sign in window and asked how many people were in front of me. I was told that they were working on the 1 o'clock appointments its now 4 o'clock. My appointment was for 1:45, What is the purpose of an appointment. The office personnel seem annoyed by people asking how much longer. There are a bunch of children and all 3 tvs are off. The doctor is ok but the staff is horrible. They are very rude they seem annoyed to be working. Emily is the worst I don’t know why they hire people with these attitudes. The only reason we go here is because my sons pediatrician referred us but we will be asking her to change the doctor for us.
