I am satisfied with Dr. Heydemann. Out of the last five visits only once I had to wait an extended period of time. Office visits are short but straight to the point. We went for a second opinion and found that Dr. Heydemann performed excellent surgery. Very clean work. It is worth the wait. My child is healing well. I recommend Dr. Heydemann.
By far the most unprofessional orthopedic office I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I scheduled an appointment three weeks ahead of time. I had to put in a request for the day off from work. They call to confirm the appointment, then less than 24 hours before the appointment, they call to cancel and reschedule the appointment for the following week. I wish I could give zero stars
We have had nothing but problems since being sent to this office! I would not reccomend Dr. Heydemann to anyone! Wait time never less than 2 hours, there is no organization, staff is ridiculously rude, and after waiting hour upon hour to see the Dr. he rushes through your appointment. Don't waste your time, you'll be highly dissapointed!
The wait is ridiculously long. He was rude at our initial visit, seemed too rushed to care about my daughter's issue. When I told him we came to him to find out what was causing her abnormal back pain he said, "Good luck with that. I hope you find what you're looking for." Then he walked out on us. He knew he was rude and careless, even admitted to our PT that we probably wouldn't go back. Total waste of time!
As a old patient of Dr. Jacob Heydemann all I can I say about him is that he's a dammm good/ excellent back surgeon that the city of El Paso has, it been 16 yrs that he operated on me, an im blessful to this day that he cured my spine.....
As a professional charge nurse for 34 years I have witnessed only the best care to all his patients. As a nursing professor of 20 plus years I recognize a highly skilled surgeon whose comportment has been consistently respectful and conscientious. I sustained a severe hip fracture on 12/04/2016 and returned to work mid January, I credit him for my remarkable outcome. As of 6/01/2016 I have returned to full duty in my 2 jobs and have resumed my ball-room dancing, thanks to this physician.
I would NOT recommend this doctor or office to anyone. Doctor has poor to no bedside manners. Doctor never identify himself or introduced himself. Staff run around and put patients in one room then another to another room. Doctor nor staff explain anything they are doing. We were there for two hours before we left. First time and last, I actually left mid appointment. You will be just a number and not a patient.
