Dr. Heydemann did my second surgery which another doctor messed up and he did great! I am going on 4 years now without any complication. He is very informative, patient and caring about his patients.
Dr was very quick to convincingly recommend that surgery was necessary. He almost talked me out of a second opinion. He also required a deposit that made me feel uncomfortable and pressured into the procedure.
Awesome doctor! Very thorough and caring. Best ever
The doctor himself is good but he and his staff could work on their "bedside manner". He didn't take the time to tell me what was actually wrong with my daughter and the wait times are ridiculous. You shouldn't have to wait 3 hours past your scheduled appointment before being seen and the girl on the left with the glasses shouldn't be rude when someone asks how long it will be.
