Dr. Pennington in Port Charlotte, Florida has my highest recommendation. I recently had a total knee replacement on my right knee, and my left knee was done four years ago by another surgeon, so I had something to compare this experience to. Dr. Pennington came highly recommended, and he truly lived up to that recommendation with both his skill and his reassuring bedside manner. Dr. Pennington replaced my knee. Internally, I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure. But, talking with him prior to and after the surgery reassured me that I made the right decision, not only to have it done, but to have chosen Dr. Pennington as my surgeon! I highly recommend him!!
I have had 2 full knee replacements this year. Both were performed by Dr. Pennington.I have had no issues with recovery at all. In both instances I was up walking around without assistance within the first two weeks. He gives you detailed pre and post op instructions and I believe that has contributed to my success. I would highly recommend Dr. Pennington for all your orthopedic needs.
Dr . Pennington is very Attentive , and very gentle with the injections . Good Doctor, shows compassion.
