My wife called this office today to ask for specifics on what the doctor can and can’t diagnose. I have never heard of a more unprofessional and insensitive phone call from a professional medical office. As someone who works in healthcare every single day in healthcare administration, if I heard my employees were treating potential patients like this over a phone call, I would retrain my employees to have manners over the phone or I would fire them.
