Love this salon! Ask for Colt! My hair is very thick and I have lots of it. Colt remained patient and professional from beginning to end. Did I mention I had the best view of High St while getting my hair done?! The owner Jacob was so accommodating and I loved seeing his smiling face! That’s why I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years!

Dont go to Jacob Neal for any kind of blonde. They brag about the blonde they do and that is not at all what it comes out like. I did a half of head($80) and my daughter did a whole head ($135) and we have a few tiny pin stripes through our hair and I was very specific about the shade of blonde being platinum. They didnt tell me it would be $55 for my roots and it wasnt on the price card nor did it say $40 for toners. What I realized later is they did not use heat dryers on us. As a firefighter your in the public eye and it is important to look professional and relatable...Paxton handled his business, I was in & out in 22 mins, Paxton showed me 2 variations on the same hair style....

I don't know that I can even formulate words for how wonderful Jacob and his staff are.. I am obsessively particular with my hair and they have all gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and allow me to feel at home in the salon. I am blessed to have found this place that pampers and nurtures all my hair care needs! Columbus has a true gem in the Jacob Neal Salon!
