The rings themselves are absolutely stunning. Customization was a breeze and we are so happy with the final product. We went to Greg for both my fiancée’s engagement ring and wedding band, and she loves them both. Go to Jacob Mercari if you care about being able to choose every detail of your diamond while still having that in-person experience. We got the diamond for my fiancée's engagement ring from here and she absolutely loves it! Their website has so many diamonds you can choose from and filter. You can see the actual IGI/GIA report with all the details such as cut, clarity, depth, etc. This way, we were able to choose a diamond that we fell in love with. Plus, Greg is very nice, helpful, and honest.
This is THE place to get the ring. Greg is an absolute fantastic person to work with and his designs are flawless. He is patient, flexible, can work with any budget, and is incredibly welcoming. He makes the process stress free and super clear. My now fiance loves her custom ring and we’ll most likely come back for the wedding bands! Highly recommend!

Working with Greg was great. Even through Covid-19 he helped design and create the most beautiful ring for my (now) fiancé. He was always just a phone call or email away, and provided seamless updates on progress. The ring itself is just amazing. The quality and workmanship of the ring is unbelievable.
