What was supposed to be a memorable milestone turned into disappointment that we are reminded of everytime we see our ring. If I could choose to go back there are other ring designers I wish we would have gone with. In the end we will have to have the ring remade due to poor design choices with no options given to correct. I'm glad so many other people have had a positive experience with Greg, we are not one of them.

I purchased an engagement ring online from their website. It was very easy. They contacted me right away and the communication was excellent. The ring shipped in a timely manner as they said 3 weeks and it came in 3 weeks. The ring came and it was AMAZING!! my fiance was ecstatic. I highly recommend Jacob Mercari.
