Every time i go in for a follow up visit with Dr. Kallsen, I have a feeling of confirmation that i made the best choice in selwcting him as my PCP. He is always very detailed in his review of tests/labs and imaging - explains with good detail always providing pros and cons for options. He is thorough in his questions and listens attently. His staff is consistently professional and polite and I never have to wait more than 10-12 minutes.
Quick and easy, front office and doctor were all professional.
My Doctor is great he listens to every word wen I go see him and the girls in front are go attentive and so courteous very polite!
Very Bad Customer Service no consideration canceling an appointment for beign one minute late.
