I highly recommend Dr. Jake. I met him in 2008. I was a seemingly healthy 42 year old, training for a half marathon, went in for routine physical, and a murmur was heard. I was diagnosed with a congenital problem that required valve replacement and open heart surgery. Dr. Jake was amazing before, during, and after my surgery. Dr. Chemmalakuzhy and his office staff are absolutely amazing! They went the extra mile to be sure that we were cared for. My wife brought me in for chest pain, shortness of breath and weakness. Myda, Emily and Giselle were friendly, helpful and made us feel like everything was going to be ok. Dr. Chemmalakuzhy is a gift from God! He is very thoughtful and kind. Dr. Jake was well prepared in reviewing my circumstances and came in with a solution on my first visit. He recommended getting off of a medication and it would take the swollen legs, feet, and toes away that I had been fighting a month and a half. Within two days a drastic difference was occurring and the swelling was almost gone. Great doctor with much heart knowledge. Dr. Chemmalakuzhy (aka Dr. Jake) found and repaired a PFO (a hole in my heart) that I have somehow lived with for 66 years. His attention to detail, ability to communicate with me AND my wife and children, and his expertise were wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
Dr.Jacob is a wonderful human being, I was in an emergency situation and knowing nothing on what's happening for me. The staffs helped me for a same day immediate appointment and Dr.Jacob examined me and explained the criticality of the situation in a polite and a confident way that I can understand. He himself called the emergency doctor and made arrangements for the same day procedure. After the surgery, I am feeling healthy and confident. I am so blessed to have Dr.Jacob. I highly recommend Dr.Jacob Chemmalakuzhy.
Dr. Jake is an excellent doctor and human being! I have so much gratitude and admiration for Dr. Jake. He is not only brilliant but also humble and approachable. I've left reviews on more than one platform. It's not just Dr. Jake - it's his whole office staff and medical team. I'm so blessed/fortunate/lucky (pick one) that he was the cardiologist on call when I had my heart attack in April 2021. This man AND HIS STAFF actually cares about you and your well-being. They have been so responsive, professional and courteous in all the follow-ups, questions and everything else I've had. I'm forever grateful!! Another note - his nurse Colleen - God bless you lady...you're amazing.
Dr. Jake's practice is fantastic! He and his staff are always accommodating to any questions we may have and provide excellence service. They even worked with us on options when my family member left their medication in a hotel on a trip.
My visits always go great! He is a doctor who listens and cares for his patients. I highly recommend this doctor. And the staff is wonderful.
