Dr. Goodrich is the best!! He performed neck surgery on me fusing three vertebrae. His pre- surgery and post-surgery care was exceptional. I give him my highest level of confidence.

Dr. Goodrich did surgery on my cervical spine and was absolutely phenomenal! He took the time to explain everything and even was gracious when I suddenly had to reschedule due to a family emergency. I was nervous, but he did an awesome job! Even after the surgery, he continued to follow me longer than I expected. I was having to deal with many situations that made recovery take longer but he was gracious and attentive. I could not have asked for a better outcome!
I definitely will not recommend him. On the office visit, I told him I was in pain. He did not recommend a solution, He wrote in is notes that I was in no pain. I will not go back to him
He is an amazing doctor. He has performed cervical spine surgery on me twice. Has patience and is not one of those doctors that have a 15 minute time frame. Explains fully and answers any questions you may have. I highly recommend him. I consider him to be one of my angels.
Hello, I had a bad experience at Augusta Champion orthopedic. I did an ime for an insurance company. The staff did not give me my results from my ime. I came back the next day to receive my results they asked for $5 for me to receive them, and after paying the $5 they did not give me my results. The staff was very abrasive and passive aggressive disrespectful. Treated me with a lot of disdain..
Dr. Goodrich changed my life. Compassionate, patient, emphatic. He listened to my issues and took them seriously unlike the physicians before. My surgery was a success and my life is back to normal. Highly recommend!!
Whenever I do reviews, it's usually to commend someone, but I can't this time. Each time I visited Dr. Goodrich, he seemed oblivious to the conversations and decisions that we made at the previous appts. He would make recommendations contrary to my requests and then say that I refused his services. I don't understand what's going on with this guy, but I'm getting someone else.
