I know Jacob as a friend and I called him when we listed our home for sale in Long Beach, he came into our home and showed us how to “stage” the home to sell and it worked perfectly, less than 20 days on the market and our home was under contract! It’s been sold and we are working on another with him and Jude. When you deal with Jacob you get the 2 in 1 type of deal where you get 2 Realtors for the price of 1!!
