My wife and I hired Jacob to help us get our deposit back from our landlord in November of 2023. We agreed to ask for the deposit plus the attorney fees he was charging. He never asked for attorney fee in the demand letter like we agreed and ended up losing half of that deposit. Jacob is extremely professional and helpful. He educated us on our real-estate contract and he continued to communicate with us throughout the entire process.
