I wish I could give zero stars. The office manager/switchboard operator routed my call for roof repair to one of the contractors. He called me and set up an appointment. I never got a receipt so I began to inquire. He put a hand written "receipt" in my mailbox and brushed me off. I later realized that the payment information he gave me was linked to his ******al account and he had done a side job under the company's name.
