Dr. Do upheld denial of my coverage for a CT Scan that was absolutely necessary but in her expert opinion it was not. Dr. Do has no idea how much pain I was in and thus the reason why my doctor ordered the scan in the first place. But it’s a big win for Healthnet!
This practice is judged harshly; in my learned opinion. I'm a retired healthcare worker and understand both points of view (provider and patient.) This practice has employees with English as a second language. I begin with this to suggest differences in culture may make some patients uncomfortable and cause bad reviews. We love Dr Do, she has been my son's Dr for 9yrs now. She's a caring Dr who always works with us when needled. I don't know what I'd do with out her help. My son has special needs and she's always understood and made accommodations for him. ❤️
