I've been seeing Dr. Jaclynn Do , for over 5 years , and i don't know why there's negative reviews , because i have experienced nothing but the best and professional service with Dr. Jaclynn Do, and her staff. As a patient that suffered 2 major strokes and a open heart surgery , they have given me the best care a patient could ask for. As a single dad i am very pleased with the care i am getting. I've been seeing Dr. Jaclynn Do for years, last year as I went in for a doctor visit and Annual physical, they charged me $75 copay when it should be $30 I do not why she did it, so I called my insurance, and they said they will do an investigation which I never heard back again. This year again I made an appointment for 10/17/25 but the weirdest part of this is the receptionist demanded to make sure I bring cash. Bro tell me how I have an appointment, came on time and I haven’t seen the doctor yet and it’s been almost an hour.
I’ve been coming to this medical office for several months, and I can honestly say it's been an absolute nightmare. Let’s start with the appointments: they never respect the scheduled time. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to wait 1 to 2 hours every single time? It’s beyond disrespectful and a complete waste of time.
