I've been seeing Dr. Jaclynn Do for years, last year as I went in for a doctor visit and Annual physical, they charged me $75 copay when it should be $30. I do not know why she did it, so I called my insurance and they said they will do an investigation which I never heard back again. This year again I made an appointment for 10/17/25 but the weirdest part of this is the receptionist demanded to make sure I bring cash. Worst doctor office
Stay away. Marked up insurance patient copay. Discrepancy about co pay charges $75 while other family Dr still charges $30. Plus Dr Jaclyn Do not giving patience respect while other physicians there are nice. Now with her marked up $75 charges . Our family have moved to different Dr with compassionate care

I've been seeing Dr. Jaclynn Do , for over 5 years , and i don't know why there's negative reviews , because i have experienced nothing but the best and professional service with Dr. Jaclynn Do, and her staff. As a patient that suffered 2 major strokes and a open heart surgery , they have given me the best care a patient could ask for. As a single dad i am very pleased with the care i am getting.
