I appreciated Dr. Do's attention; she was very attentive, gave me a thorough examination, ordered routine tests, and was very clear with her instructions, even though she doesn't speak Spanish, she found a way to communicate clearly with me and made sure that I understood her completely.
This is my 1st AND LAST time i will ever go here. I had an appointment at 11 but proceeded to wait an hr to get checked in. They wanted me to take a urine test but their restroom was extremely dirty. The toilet had poop stains inside AND poop on the seats. I asked the nurse if they could clean it really quick, and they said yes. I go back inside and I can tell that all they did was spray fabreeze because there was poop still on the toilet. So they told me I could go home to take the urine test and come back. Whatever you do, do not come to this office. This experience was horrible. Front desk ladies refused to look into my insurance because they couldn’t find it quickly and would not call my insurance to confirm benefits. I tried to call twice and was hung up on. They don’t really care about providing good service or medical care whatsoever to people who need it
Dr Do and team are very excellent when it comes to patients care,deligent about heath concern's and any questions that we have in mind. Dr do and team are are very highly recommended, I wouldn't trade her for anyone for the procedure I get at her distinguish practices... Thank Dr Do,and team.
I have mixed feelings about this location. Most of the staff are Vietnamese with Limited Working English Proficiency. Dr. Jacklyn Do speaks English and Vietnamese fluently. I believe the language and cultural barriers lead to patients feeling uncomfortable. As someone who is Vietnamese, I felt comfortable but I understand why others would have a different experience.
