Jaclyn Smith and another woman came to my house and explained the process. She said she would gather information from contractors on costs to make upgrades to the house. She called and left a voice message saying she had them. I emailed her asking for a summary of what she found - no response. I emailed again days later, no response. I finally emailed saying, "Apparently you don't want my business" - no response.
