Nurse Practitioner Mahlstede was condescending, misdiagnosed my symptoms, and gave me a medication for a condition that I did not have. The misdiagnosis was confirmed by another doctor at follow-up. The medication that she gave me to treat the wrong condition has given me a painful lasting side effect.
While I did not realize until later, Jacklyn gave me very poor advice with my health. My family (that also went to her) and I felt that she said what she needed to to see the next patient. She also told me very concerning possibilities about my health that would not tell me how rare those were, making me extremely nervous.
She has got to be the most compassionate caring care provider I have come across and all my 55 years she really spent time listening and trying to help with my chronic illnesses she helped me more than anyone else did and unfortunately she had to move if I could move to follow her for her care I would do so she is that good
