Our family is so grateful for Dr. Jacky Luong. Most of our family members are now under his care, and we couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He truly takes the time to listen, carefully examine, and explain things in a way that makes us feel informed and supported. One example is my dad’s care. Dr. Luong is fantastic. His bedside manner is top notch, he takes his time to ensure he talks through all of your concerns and breaks down his responses to ensure you understand thoroughly. He is currently the primary care doctor for my husband and father. I was so impressed, I scheduled to transfer my primary care over to him as my physician.
Jacky has been my PCP for the past two years. During regular check ups he is attentive, and extremely responsive on MyCharts (usually responding with-in a day to any query).
My MIL has visited to US from India to see us, she bumped her foot on a bed frame and one of her toe got bend. I have taken her to the doc. He examined her toe and said nothing wrong.Then I insisted for an x-ray/image as my MIL toe is not straight. Then we took x-ray on same day. I have not heard any follow up from doc office regarding the image. Then after three weeks I requested for an image detail through Stanford health customer care number.
