I visited your salon recently and was disappointed by the way I was treated at the front desk. Before my haircut, I asked about the price and was given one amount, but when I was paying, I was charged a different price. In addition, the staff member spoke to me disrespectfully and handed my bank card back in an unprofessional manner. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
Loved the haircut and the staff were friendly at the start, even helped me with my clothes. But at the end, the owner (with purple hair) raised her voice at me while treating other customers warmly. The inconsistency was jarring and left a bad impression.
