Jacky and the team were easy to work with up until the security deposit return. Unfortunately they kept 20% of our deposit for a professional cleaning fee and wear and tear labor. They charged for repainting, a smoke detector change, dust on baseboards, repatching screw holes, wear and tear on appliances, etc. The basic items landlords typically don’t charge for.
