Been trying for over a week to get a mental health appointment. Been inside the clinics, called, left voice mails, went online twice to schedule appointment. Not a damn thing but attitude and being placed on hold for eternity.

If you were tasked with creating the WORST VA clinic imaginable, this is what you would come up with. Teal team clinic is virtually useless. Rude, incompetent and infectiously unhappy.
The doctors and staff are kind and helpful to the veterans.
