The staff was very helpful and understanding. My concern has to do with the clinic chairs, they are SHABBY. ripped and torn. These pictures are just a small sample between the Clinic and the Pharmacy in all there are about 20 of these chairs. WHY? This is no way to treat those dedicated Dr's, staff members, and veterans, if they are truly our heroes and you want to" thank them for their service". show them and let's get them some new chairs. .
I have continuously had issues with this clinic. After serving 20+ years, the lack of oversight for staff, scheduling and turn over has gone downhill. I have booked appts and it says virtual, not to report to the clinic. Confirmed even with 3 digit code multiple times. Day of my appt it says (in clinic). I called several times to try to get this rectified and it seems like you could never get in touch with anyone except a calling service even when the calling service tries to reach the provider or the front desk. The physical therapist Dr. Wright and front desk lead Carmen went out of their way to ensure I received the highest quality care as a disabled veteran. This is what healthcare should be. A model for the rest of the VA! I love this place!
Care is very inefficient, they have too many patients. Primary Doctor does very little and sends you out for specialist, specialist appointments take 3-6 months to see. Some appointments show up on your app some don’t. They talk a good game and deliver very poor care.
