My name is Robin L. Freeneyreed, Yesterday, December 13, 2018, I had a 0730 scheduled doctors appointment with Dr. Mable W. Tan. After checking in with her nurse, who was very professional and polite. She takes me to Dr. Tans' office. the automated system sucks. been on hold for over 16 minutes but, the system keeps saying "current wait time is less than one minute". that doesn't add up wait time less than 1 minute but, been on hold for over 18 minutes now. seriously get rid of the auto system and hire real people to answer the phones.

I am newly located in jacksonville. Trying to be prudent, i called to attempt to set up an initial appt with primary care to be assigned to a doctor. Too bad I waited on hold for 52 minutes for an operator, then I waited an hr to talk to primary care green team, then another half hour waiting to talk to orange team. I failed to talk to a real person. Seems the VA here is the same as the rest of the US, uesless. Dont waste your time.
