I needed to move storages as soon as possible and Self storage helped me do that. When I walked in I was welcomed with a big smile from Khadijah . She helped me get everything done quick and easy. I definitely recommend this storage to those in search of one.

This storage place was great, came in handy was exactly what I needed.. it had both storage and U-HAUL in one place... Not to mention the most important thing, the units ARE CLEAN!!! The associates working were friendly and patient. Being that I had no idea what to look for, they took time to show me around and even gave me pointers on HOW TO STORE.... I give them a 5!!!

Today is moving day wow! But just needed to take a moment and give props to Khadijah at Jacksonville Self Storage went there yesterday and with the ultimate courtesy she handle a room of five customers through a process that takes about 10 minutes each at least, keeping everyone engaged and making sure everyone felt as though they were the most important customer in the room.
