Dr Taylor was great and knowledgeable, his bed side manner was excellent
Scheduling an appointment here is a terrible experience. Although the folks are very nice when you do speak to them if you miss a call from them and call them right back you will be dumped into a voicemail and expect a return call a week later. If you miss that call, the waiting begins again. Terrible process, especially if you are in pain.
Doctor was an outstanding experienced physician. Answers were clear and concise! Thank you!
My husband and I flew in from Canada to be with our son that recently had surgery with Dr. Crenshaw. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this company and the staff that works here. The doctor did an amazing job with our son and he is doing great. Nickolas Godley was very rude to me very obnoxious, didn’t want to physically examine me. He insulted me in the way I describe my pain and how I felt about my back. Went to the back and discussed it with his whole stuff and made fun of it like it was a game. The other doctor I seen a week later wasn’t to pleasant as well. I didn’t feel they was concerned or cared anything about my back or to help assist me with what I needed done to it.
