I have been a patient at JOI since I was 16 years old and had my first wrist surgery. I also have worked with them for almost 8 years now as a personal injury paralegal. I can truly say that this is the WORST orthopedic group in Jacksonville. They won’t call you back, they’ll dismiss you immediately if you don’t have a broken bone (even with 4 herniated discs and spinal stenosis at age 30 they won’t take me seriously about pain- even refused to write me MRi orders because I “looked fine” my chiro ended up having to write the... read more
Great place and very nice therapists. Although they do mean business! Don’t expect to slack off. I’ve had 2 different therapists for two different surgeries both were great.
No nonsense, clean rooms, x-rays taken on site, and very capable sports medicine doctors and staff.
