Not even worthy of one star! Showed up for my new patient appt 20 minutes early to be told that I could not be seen without my imaging because it was a report and not a disc. I was told to bring any imaging that I had so I brought the report, NOT once was I told to bring a disc. I drove an hour for my appt. The absolute worst customer service and the manager did nothing!
Absolutely terrible experience. I have waited for a month for imaging or PT, but they can't do their job and send proper records to insurance. Dr. Crenshaw's office will not answer the phone or call you back unelss you escalate your concerns to management. I do not recommend scheduling with his office.
Emily Barton, Lauren Vick & Zak Katzer treated me at this location. They were patient, caring & professional with my rehab. Everyone working at this location including the reps at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend San Marco for physical therapy! Thank you all very much for your care and kindness
wont send records and imagine to new doctor. say there is a way to do it online yourself, but not an option for all the imagining as well. spent a lot of money for the service and was not worth it. Dr had mis diagnosis and didn't take much time to figure determine causes of pain.
This place is pretty popular and busy. You'll find everything from professional sports personnel to retirees to high school athletes. There is a ton of staff to get you on the right path to recovery or management of a lifetime injury. I have issues with my knees, most of my back, and both shoulders. I get the advice and the treatment that I need.
