RecommendedIt suck we check in at 9:15am and my son appointment was at 9:30. He did go back until 10:27am. I when to the front desk and they said they was running 30 mins behind. I told her his appointment was at 9:30 and it is 10:15. That 45 mins late not 30 mins late.
I called and me an appointment and was told they took my insurance which is Champva. They called me back and told me they do not take Champva as a primary insurance. Champva is the only insurance I have as my husband is a disabled veteran. shame on JOI. As big as they are i would think they would take my insurance. Thank you JOI for nothing.
RecommendedTop notch caregivers, friendly staff - an all around first rate organization. Dr Frykberg explained everything to me, didn’t sugar coat anything. I’m 3 weeks post total hip replacement (left) and couldn’t be more optimistic!
RecommendedGreat place. Great doctors. I had my surgery 24 years ago. Ankle fusion. Still have the hardware in it. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. (Well, I can think of a few more....lol). They are also the Orthopedic doctors for the Jaguars. There are about 10 doctors in the building. One specializes on ankles, one for knees, and so on. It’s located across the street from Wolfsons hospital. I highly recommend them.

Carlos did my knee replacement 4 years ago and my life is ruined. To this day I have burning, sharp stabbing pain and muscle problems up and down my leg. oh it couldn't have been anything he did. thanks for nothing Carlos.
