96 degrees is not climate controlled-has been this way for weeks now
***RENTERS BEWARE*** WORST. STORAGE. EVER. Your stuff would be safer at a flea market, no joke. -Have had a climate control unit for 6 weeks but the A/C hasnt worked in 4 weeks. -Called and reported the issue 3 times with nothing being done. -Gate has been stuck open for at least 3 weeks, allowing anyone access to the facilities. -Filled out paperwork and checked the box NO INSURANCE but have been charged insurance for the last months. -Dont fall for their first 2 months free, its a trap.
There is nobody ever in the office during “business hours” and nobody ever answers their phone when calling— it gets redirected to corporate/wfh people to handle. Their units are severely mismanaged and dirty. They upped their prices by $20 a month and when I moved out prior to the renewal price, and called speaking to two people to make sure I don’t get charged and to have me cleared. I am still receiving emails from them 2 weeks post move out date to pay for this months rental unit even after confirmation twice I was good ... read more
