I’ve been here for the past 25 days following an accident that I had. The staff, from the doctors all the way down to the service staff have been outstanding. You all need to pat yourselves on your back. Everyone here has been extremely helpful and very kind towards both me and my family. You all are a very top notch group! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
My family member came in through the ER last night and is still (12+hours later) waiting on a room since he is to be admitted. This doesn’t bode well for your patient satisfaction scores since it’s noisy in the ER and difficult for family to visit, etc.
Dr. Sheedy is the best doctor I ever had in my entire life. He knows what is right for me. I feel very comfortable being his patient.
I did have a not so good experience here, but I can say the director of nursing called me to address the issue and take action. She was very apologetic and seemed as if she was very concerned. We appreciate that, and if need be, we would go back. Hopefully more people with complaints will take the time to speak with her so she can make things right.
We are having our second event here. The staff always go above and beyond, catering options are plentiful and affordable, and we will definitely be back!

My grandson was born at Passavant Area Hospital on Thursday night, and I want to thank everything who took such good care of my family. The doctors and nurses in OB were awesome, and everyone we had contact with, as well. Even in little things, like offering to take photos for us. The food in the Garden Cafe was good and prices were very reasonable. The young guys working at the Common Ground were professional and friendly. It's a beautiful building, and I loved the landscaping! A great experience!
