After purchasing a 2019 KIA Sorento, Stevenson KIA of Jacksonville NC said that because they were near a military base they would no longer offer GAP insurance, and would be refunding the money. Four months later and 5 or 6 different excuses including blaming KIA Finance and still trying to get this ironed out. Service before during and after the sale is out the window...what where?
