This place took almost 1 month to get my glasses from the lab. Didn't want to discount them because of insurance. Never called to say the glasses were in. I called every day because I was told they would ne ready for pick up in 2 weeks. The young lady spoke with the office manage to try and make this matter right came to me and said I could pick another pair of glasses from a box she handed me and they would be free of charge.
