What a fantastic team! I was not a patient of theirs and had an emergency this morning. After finding them online and calling the office, they got me in in 40 minutes. From check in to check out, my experience was exceptional. Dr. Favale and his entire team were helpful, compassionate and communicated with me every step of the way. They educated me on what was going on with my eye, treated me quickly but thoroughly and I left knowing that I couldn't have received better care anywhere else. Even though this office is on the other side of the planet from me, I still make the journey just to have Dr. Favale check my eyes. He's the best. Frank is patient with me when I have to pick out frames. Lets me try on nearly all the frame and doesnt rush me. I'll be seeing you soon....time for bifocals! :-(
Dr Akel is missed but Dr Favale is great & the staff are all wonderful!!
