I had a great experience , by far the best dental visit ever
Called for emergency treatment as I was in pain. I was seen within just 2 hours. All staff were very friendly and concerned about my comfort. Dr. Patel explained everything he would do and what the expected outcome would be before treating me Very pleased I selected Dental Center of Jacksonville to treat me.
People were very pleasant with excellent customer Service attitude
My first night in Jacksonville I broke a tooth while eating pizza. We called around five dentists, and Dr. Patel returned our call at around 10:00 pm, saying he would see me Saturday morning. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Patel informed me that extraction was the best option as a crown would not work. Dr. Roamer, the oral surgeon, was also very nice and quite skillful. I would highly recommend this practice. They worked me into their schedule and provided excellent service. We found them on the Internet.

The entire staff is terrific. Extremely friendly, courteous, understanding, caring and thorough. And quick! I never have to wait long at all once I arrive for my appointment. Dr. Calhoun is also a master at what he does. On top of that, he's very personable. Going to the dentist is never a first choice of things to do, but somehow the staff and doctor(s) make the experience, whether it be for a basic cleaning or a complex procedure, as pleasant and as comfortable as it can possibly be. I've always had complete confidence and satisfaction in all the services I've received from Dr. Calhoon....Peggy (my hygienist)....and now Dr. Karian.
Everyone is always friendly and happy.
Dr. Calhoun's office always impresses me with their friendliness and attention to detail, like informing me of gluten-free options for any substance used in tooth cleaning. No other dentist office has ever even mentioned it!
